Following the Ministerial Address given by Boris Johnson yesterday we can now advise that our showroom will remain closed for a minimum of 3 weeks.
The guidance given in the above ministerial address was a little unclear on our factory production. We will advise all of our trade customers as soon as possible on goods already despatched, and we have taken the decision to close our factory at 5.00pm today.
We will keep abreast of Government advice on COVID-19 and if in three weeks time, the restrictions are relaxed we will update you on our plans.
Please be assured that we have and will retain all staff and we have stock materials to gear up production once this crisis is resolved. We remain confident and focused on the business and providing you, our valuable customers, with some exciting new products and a great service for many more years.
Flametek range of products -we have strong stock levels and more on order, this summer will see the addition of the Alto small and tall cylindrical electric stoves and some new suites and fires.
We wish to keep all our staff safe and safe guard jobs. In the meantime we are still contactable on social media, email and telephone.
